Lisa Frank made quite a splash on Valentine’s Day, 2020, with this Instagram Effect. Fans flocked to their stories to show some dolphin love and share a smooch, complete with the glorious rainbow trappings of Lisa Frank.

We were thrilled to have this opportunity to push the boundaries of facial gesture tracking. Our challenge was to allow users to trigger the bonus effect with a kiss on the cheek or with a kiss on the lips. Either way, it was lovely to see so many people diving into heart bubbles and schools of chromatic clownfish!
